Do you offer bespoke or custom-sized furniture? Yes — custom sizing, fabric selection, finish options, and full configuration are available across our entire range. Contact us with your specifications and we’ll guide you through the process.

What areas do you deliver to? We deliver nationwide across Egypt, with white-glove service and professional installation available in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Madinaty, Palm Hills, Mivida, Nasr City, and all major cities.

How long does delivery take? Standard items are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces have a production lead time of 4–8 weeks, which will be confirmed at the time of order.

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy on all standard items in their original condition. Bespoke and custom-made orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

Can I visit a showroom? Our flagship showroom in New Cairo is opening soon. In the meantime, our full collection is available online, and our design consultants are happy to arrange a virtual appointment.

Do you offer interior design consultations? Yes — our design team offers complimentary consultations for clients placing orders above a certain value. Mention “Design Consultation” in your message and we’ll be in touch to arrange a session.
